Yasmine Finishes With NASH BRIDGES At the End of This Season
(February 27, 2000)
Thanks to Suzi Newell for forwarding this info to us.
Got this off of tvguide.com and wanted to pass it along....this explains the abrupt Nash/ Catlin breakup I guess... Suzi
NO CLASH FOR BLEETH AND TITANS: Former Baywatch beauty Yasmine Bleeth is in final talks to join the cast of Titans, a soapy NBC pilot from Aaron Spelling and Emmy-winning writer Charles Pratt Jr. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the actress is set to complete her two-year stint on Nash Bridges at the end of the season, so there will be no conflict if NBC picks up Titans for its fall schedule. Bleeth, who will play a Beverly Hills trophy wife on Titans, is no stranger to soaps thanks to her stints on Ryan's Hope and One Life to Live.
Bring Back Lisa
(February 27, 2000)
Do you think that they might be cooling the Caitlin/Nash thing to bring
back the Nash/Lisa thing? Remember in the episode where he told "Caitlin"
that she's the love of his life and then added Lisa's name in there, much
to Caitlin's chagrin. We, personally, prefer Lisa as Nash's love interest.
It just seems more believable and natural. These others just don't seem
to have the chemistry.

That remains a possibility - are you listening NASH BRIDGES producers?
They Already Did It
(February 27, 2000)
Nash Bridges has a case and they send him to Miami, where he runs into all of the old "Vice" characters in there old roles, including Phil Collins as the bad guy. Joe needs to go also. We think that this would be a really awesome 2 hour episode. What do you think?

Gordon's Response
They already did something like that - see "Wild Card," episode #30. Phillip Michael Thomas guest starred, along with Tommy Chong (of Cheech and Chong). Nash didn't go to Miami, but they nearly brought Miami to San Francisco, including a cigarette boat chase in the Bay.
A Positive Portrayal of Evan's Conversion
(February 21, 2000)
Yes, the Evan story has taken a surprising turn, and it remains to be seen whether the character will remain on the show. Here's some reaction from a believer:
The latest Nash Bridges having Evan become a Born Again Believer was
something I would never have expected on such a show. And I hope that this
does not mean in future episodes that Evan will be portrayed as being a
kook because of it. The portrayal was riveting and wonderful. So true to
life. It is the exact way Jesus Christ reaches down to the lost when they
have reached the bottom, to lift them up and forgive them and give them new
life.
I am encouraged to see something of this nature on a program that deals
with the dregs of society. It sure makes me proud of being a Born Again
Believer.
Sincerely, Mrs. Marol Royer
The Sudden Change in the Nash/Caitlin Relationship
(February 21, 2000)
Hi,
I missed the past couple of episodes. You wouldn't happen to know why
Caitlin is so mad at Nash, would you? Thanks!
Jen
Gordon's Response
That's what we thought too, when we saw tonight's "Hit & Run" episode. The Caitlin and Nash rift occurred without any build-up and it seems like there's something missing. We watch the show real closely, and there is no missing episode, fans - the Nash/Caitlin meltdown just happened very abruptly.
Hey Bimbo - NASH in Italy
(February 21, 2000)
First of all I want to congratulate [you] for a very
good web site.
I enjoy Nash Bridges very much, it has a mix of
action, sarcasm, good story line, ecc., and Don
Johnson is just right for the part.
Nash likes to refer to people by a certain word (like
for example `hey brother` or `hey man`) but
unortunately since I see it on the italian t.v. I
don't know this word in English. It is like a trade
mark for Nash. In italian he says 'bimbo'.
This question is often asked especially since Nash
Bridges gets broadcasted in many languages.
Thank you and keep up the good work.
Nev
Gordon's Response
Hmmm, I don't know how that would go over in America, if every time Nash said "Bimbo" instead of "Bubba."
