Nash: | All right, try this. The symphony, Saturday. |
Caitlin: | ...That sounds suspiciously like a date. |
Nash: | Oh no, no no. We don't have to call it a date. We could call it good music or, ah, scintillating conversation. |
Caitlin: | Ah, I, I don't think so, but thank you. |
Nash: | Why not? |
Caitlin: | Well, my history with mixing business and pleasure hasn't been exactly successful. |
Nash: | ...Look, I'm not your fiancé and this isn't the CIA. So maybe it's time you get over it. |
Caitlin: | Being responsible for the death of someone you really care about, you don't just get over it, Nash. |
Nash: | You do if you want to get on with your life. |

Caitlin is sent to question Fenn to determine whether Hall died in the line of duty. Nash and Joe accompany Fenn to the Blood Club, a Goth club where vampires hang out. They spot Fenn's kidnapper there. Nash and Joe give chase, but the vampire jumps off the roof and hits the pavement dead.

In the park, Evan meets a woman Ursula and her dog Sophie. They go out on a date, but Evan discovers that Ursula is overly pre-occupied with only her dog.
The vampire is identified as Damian Kensen. In his belongings is a mailing list for a Goth newsletter and a blood bag from St. Mary's blood bank. A trace of the names reveals a crossmatch on a lab assistant who is on mailing list and also works at the blood bank, a Tantra Gogal. Evan and Harvey locate Tantra sleeping in a coffin.
